Standard shipping :All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.

Currently, we only provide domestic shipping in US.

Normally, it takes between 2-3 business days to process and ship the orders with standard shipping. And all orders typically arrive in 4-8 business (Excluding holidays and weekends) days. Your shipping cost will be calculated during checkout. We do our best to ensure all orders to be delivered in a timely manner. Please note that shipping may take longer during holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We will send a confirmation E-mail to your account associated E-mail once the order is submitted successfully. And you will also receive a shipping e-mail with tracking information when your order is shipped out. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking number to activate.

We ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes with USPS service. Please note that the delivery time to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes may take longer than standard ground shipping.

TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I DO NOT HAVE MY PACKAGE

If the tracking information for your package says delivered and you have not received it, please contact the local courier to check it first. If the order has still not been found, please email us at customercare@rosedress.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED MECHANDISE

If you are sent by incorrect or damaged merchandise, please contact our customer service via customercare@rosedress.com. Please include your order number and pictures of the received items as well as the code on the tag of the items you received. We will try our best to sort this out. Please note that loose or excess threads and irregular prints are not considered faults as these are often natural results of the manufacturing process. Actual colors may vary causing by the difference in screen resolution, which could not be considered as faulty of the merchandise.

LOST PACAKAGE

If your order is lost during transit or delivered on wrong address, please email our customer service and we will assist you as soon as possible. However, if the order is successfully delivered on correct address according to shipping carrier confirmation, we will be not responsible for the lost.
