RETURN POLICY

Please follow the return instructions before returning items:

  1. To ensure for a return, your item is required to be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. It must also be in the original packaging when you received it.
  2. Return Time Frame: We will accept returns for full refund within 14 days from the order delivery date or merchandise credit on store Gift Card within 30 days from the order delivery date. Returns or exchange won't be accepted after 30 days. If you have any concern about returning your products, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
  3. Please be careful of makeup, deodorant, perfume rubbing off on items.
  4. Please retain your tracking number or postage proof of your return package for the convenience of tracing and getting a refund. Rosedress will not be responsible for loss or damage in transit or handling.

Notice: Returns must be processed during the return time frame. Rosedress will reserve the rights to refuse a refund if your returns shipping time is over 30 days limit.

TO DO A RETURN

Please refer to the Return Policy to make sure that your return is eligible for a return, then contact our customer service via customercare@rosedress.com to get RMA ID and make a return.

TO DO A EXCHANGE

We will accept one-time exchange within 14 days from the order delivery date. Please email us about your exchange request during the return time frame and please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your exchange request.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

We do not provide pre-paid shipping label. Clients are required to be responsible for the return shipping. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. And Rosedress will also not reimburse for any amount you paid in shipping charges for the initial delivery of the merchandise.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVE

If by mistake Rosedress sends the defective or wrong item, please email us some images with your Order ID within 3 days after you receive the order, our customer service will help you out in solving the problem.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to place the order.

It will takes us 2-3 business days to process your returns when it reaches our facility. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund is issued by us.

Please note that refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account which is depending on your financial institution. Normally, it takes about 2-5 business days to process a refund into your original payment method.

Store Gift Card

Gift card may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
